My packets never seem to leave Ukraine

I made a purchase back in August (track number RE611212081UA) which got lost in the airport, never came to my country and so, I explained the seller what have happened, he sent me another pack of the product, but it seems the same is going to happen to him, since it seems is in a limbo in Ukraine where its is not sent. The second pack track number is RE611387732UA.

My questions are, what can I do now? Do anyone know why the packets always get lost in there? Anyone have had this problem? if so, how did you solve it?

Mario, I wouldn't buy anything from the seller if the first purchase was lost. If possible, you may contact the sender to cancel the order in order to get back your money.
