Business visa application for UK person

Hi I am a British citizen need a business type to china to source products for my shop .what documents do I need to attach

You have British passport, but live in Malta now?
If so, you need to provide your valid passport, application form with a recent taken photo, your proof of legal status in Malta, round trip tickets to China, hotel booking in China and an invitation letter from China.
