visa on arrival at 2nd oct'14

Im david from indonesia ,i will go to HK at 2nd Oct and i plan to go to shenzhen in the same day. Can i get visa on arrival at lohu port?

It is possible to apply for a VOA and you may get it, but it is not assured. I heard some Indonesia people obtained before, but some cannot.
