please advise what the address is of import security scan in jinan china

A parcel was sent from South Africa tracking number CN011855558ZA in April and the tracking reference says held at Import Security Scan in Jinan. My son cannot locate this office to see what the delay is.  Please could someone assist

Linda, you may ask your son to visit local post office. They can find out where your parcel is. Then your son can ask them to tell where he should go to find the parcel.
