Where should I visit in February?

I'm looking into visiting China for about 2 weeks with a friend in February and was looking into one of the independent tours. Initially we were considering Famed Huangshan & Classical Gardens but quickly realized winter probably the most ideal time to hike a mountain and visit gardens, so we're just seeking some advice on what would be the most ideal option.
