i'm planning to visit Shanghai in the end of November.

what is the weather like at that time of year?

Well, the weather in this area is generally mild and moist
The average temperature of Nov. and Dec. respectively are 57 °F and 46 °F.
And the temperate weather makes this season good for travel. :)
