If by MTR, you need five transfers.
Take Airport Express to Tsing Yi, transfer to Tung Chung Line (interchange at Tsing Yi Platform 4 towards Hong Kong) to Kai King, transfer to Tsuen Wan Line (interchange at Lai King Platform 2 towards Central) to Prince Edward, transfer to Kwun Tong Line (interchange at Prince Edward Platform 3 towards Tiu Keng Leng) to Tiu Keng Leng, transfer to Tseung Kwan O Line (interchange at Tiu Keng Leng Platform 3 towards Po Lam / LOHAS Park) to Tseung Kwan O, get off from exit C, walk to your hotel.
