From international arrival, transit to domestic flightin Kunming Airport

Hai there, we will arrive from singapore at 17.55,by Slik air and transit to domestic flight to Guiyang at 21.05. I wonder if 3 hour will be enough? Please advise before we buy the domestic ticket. Thank you
