Hi I'll be with friends from the day February 18, 2015 to February 21 so let me know if we can visit

Well, the biggest problem is transportation. It might be very difficult for you to buy train and bus tickets. It's comparatively easier to buy air tickets. But you should pay full prices and buy in advance.
