staying in pukou in nanjing and plan to go to shanghai international airport by train

which station is nearest in nanjing and to which one in SH ?

Nanjing South Railway Station is a bit nearer. If you take the high-speed train, in most occasions, you will reach Hongqiao Railway Station. Then you can take the subway line 2 to the airport directly.
