How to get express visa?

Hello, i have an EU passport, residing in azerbaijand i ve been trying to find out what is the procudure for obtaining express one. Because of the work load (constant traveling within the week in and out of the country ) i cannot leave my passport more than 2 days but i need to get one for my upcoming trip to china. The consular section does not answer this question. Any idea on how to take this option?
