Direction to OCT East, Shenzhen

Hi, I from Malaysia. I will stay at Sunshine Hotel Louhu. As refer to OCT official webpage, they say we can take the direct bus from Guamou Exit B bus station to the OCT, is it? free of charged? if no then how much for the ticket? how about back from OCT? can we take the same Bus? if cannot then how?
