About:Liu Bang

Was Liu Chang responsible for China's Civil War and was he an advocate of Confuscianism?

Personally speaking, he was not the first one to fight against the government, so he was not responsible for the civil war.
He really advocate the Confuscianism and made it the foundation of Chinese feudalism.
