tourist visa to go to china

Hello,I a French student living in Kiev for 6 months and I would like to get a tourist L to go there in one month. How should I do ? Do you have the opening hours of the Embassy of China here in Kiev? Do you know all the documents I need to get the tourist L? Thank you a lot ,Vincent D.

You can apply a Tourist L in Ukraine with your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, your round trip tickets to China, hotel booking in China and a proof of your legal status in Ukraine. They are open to the public from 09:00 to 11:30 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
