L visa extension accommodation booking

I am a US citizen applying for an L visa. Does the accommodation (hotel) need to be booked for 30 days or just the one day that I will be applying on? I will be traveling and not staying in the same hotel for the time I will be here...thanks

30 days' acommodation booking is not necessay, but it is suggested to provide as many as you can. The more booking you provide, the easier to get a extension for you.
