Is mid April a good time to visit Taipei? What kind of flowers are there to see? Thanks! SY

Yes, it would be a good timing for travel there. U will meet many cloudy days and it may also rain a little sometimes. You will feel warm there with the average temp of around 73F. And it shall be best to enjoy the cherry blossom then.
