Russian citizens needs for visa

Hi!
Me and my son 7 years old want to go from Hong Kong to Sanya by plane for 10 days and then go back to Hong Kong.
May I apply for VOA in Sanya airport? What kind of documents we nee to have for this type?

It is possible to get a VOA for Sanya, since you only want to travel for 10 days. But it is still suggested to apply a single entry Tourist L in advance in your country if possible, since it happens sometimes the travelers are rejected to enter.

The documents you need to prepare for VOA are your valid passport, a recent taken photo and the fee.
