Am planning to go to china on oct13/2014 for tourist ,I do have the arrange stay with tourist company,arrival and departure air tickets and the hotel accommodation ,so am holding sudanese passport beside my American green card,can I get the entry visa at pvg airport. Thanks

You cannot apply it at PVG, but need to apply in advance in a nearby consulate/embassy in your USA or your home country.
