Flights from Manila arrive in PVG past 11PM, and I was checking for transfers from the airport to the city center but it looks like there ano trips after 11PM. Do I have another option other than taking a cab?

After arriving, you can take Night Line (Airport Special Waiting Line) to the city center. If you arrived at T1, the service hours of the line start from 23:00 till 45 min. after the last flight. If you arrived at T2, the line starts from 23:05 till 45 min. after the last flight. So don't worry about that. :)

But it does exist. You can find the info of the Late Night Shuttle Bus on the official website of the airport. Go for a try and hope this bus will help you in the future.
