Hello! I am planning to go to Luoyang to enjoy the peony blossoms from 8 to 13 April 2015.

The peony fair was held during April 5 to May 5 this year, so your sightseeing time should be suitable.

Before you go to your destiination next year, you should check the time again in case of the florescence change. It is influenced by weather or some other factors.
