Can I check baggage from international arrival on UA through domestic airline China Eastern destination Lanzhou?

If I understand you correctly, I'm afraid you have claim your luggage on your own at PEK for the destination. However, you can ask UA whether they have the luggage check-though service. If so, take the service at your first departing site and then it will be automatically transported to the final destination.
