What are China's Regulations for brining in Alcoholic Beverage Samples?

I am planning to bring to China to show customers 12 Liters - 12 Liter Bottles distilled and bottled in the Dominican Republic. I hold an American Passport and have these samples and will be departing U.S. for China in later October 2014. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I am afraid that you may not take as many as 12 liter bottles of alcoholic beverage into China. According to the customs, passengers are allowed to take 1.5 liters liquor into China. If they take more than 1.5 liters, they will be required to pay tax. However, it also says that the total quantity should be limited to a reasonable amount for personal use. The regulation is blur. But I think that 12 liter bottles definitely exceed the limit. You'd better ask some international cargo companies to transport your beverage into China, in my view.
