Your question is a little confusing, but if I understand correctly, here should be what you wanna know:
after getting to HK station by Express Express, you can take free shuttle bus line H2 to the Harbour Grand. Then your destination on 18, Merlin Street is within 820ft away. Walking along Oil Street and turning west into Electric Road, you can find your destination then, which is at the intersection between Electric Road and Merlin Road.

Anyway, I should handle the 300 mtr.
