Hi, thanks is the cab all by meter in HK? I would be in Hong Kong from 17 Oct to 20 Oct. I am in the midst of planning the itinerary for shopping an eating. Is there any places to avoid cos of recent Riot in HK? Any places that are safe to go? Please advise so I could better plan my itinerary. How's the weather 17 Oct to 20 Oct? Thanks.

It only happens nearby the Central. For the sake of safety, u'd better avoid visiting nearby. I would suggest you go to the Disneyland Resort and Ngong Ping 360 for fun. Apart from that, the Sky 100 near Kowloon station and Avenue of Stars at Tsim Sha Tsui are also good destinations.

During that time, it will be cloudy and the average temp shall be around 73 Fahrenheit degrees. Generally, it is pleasant to travel.
