There are many direct cross-border coaches from HKIA and they are scheduled from 07:00 to 22:15. The bus fare is 250HKD per person and the duration is 3.5-4 hours.0

The train from Hung Hom Station to Guangzhou takes about 2 hours and cost HK$190 one-way. But you have to travel an hour from the airport to Hung Hom first. But I am sure there are other options as well from the airport. Good luck0
