can i get hong kong airport express pass on existing octopus card?

Question

I already have an Octopus card from when I went a couple years ago, can I just get this roundtrip airport express pass on the one I have, or do I have to buy and deposit another Octopus card?

If you have not added value to your Octopus for 1,000 days or longer, your Octopus will be deactivated. So make sure it is still valid first. Then u can surely take the Airport Express with it directly. Otherwise, you need to go to the Customer Service Centre of any MTR stations to reactivate it first.
