left luggage at deshengmen arrow tower

Question

I'm thinking about taking one of the buses to Badaling from Deshengmen Arrow Tower. However I'm going to have 2 suitcases with me. Does anyone know if there's any left luggage facility at Deshengmen Arrow Tower bus station or would it be a better idea to catch the S2 train from north railway station and have my luggage stored there?

Sean, there isn't any left luggage facility near Deshengmen Arrow Tower. In fact, it takes almost the same time to reach Badaling by S2 train or bus. If your hotel is close to Deshengmen, you may take bus no. 877 or 919. Otherwise, you may take S2 train from Beijing North Railway Station. Of course there are left luggages stores. When you take bus no. 877 bus, you should be careful with those warm-hearted tour guides on the bus. They introduce Badaling sections on the bus. However, their real purpose is to ask you to take slide-way to visit the wall. If you don't want to climb the wall by using slide-way, you'd better not follow her to buy the tickets.
