The tourist bus to Wuzhen leave from HZ Tour Center at No. 3, Huanglong Road, Xihu Road and you can buy the tickets on the spot. The bus leaves at 08:00 in the morning, so you'd better go there early in case of crowds. The fare has climbed now - CNY120 per person, the round trip bus fare and admission included. I joined that in 2012 and forgot whether the admission is for Dongzha and Xizha. Also you should confirm whether the one-day tour still exists now. Good luck.
