Z Visa Physical Examination

Hello, I'm currently in China on a Tourist type while awaiting some job offers to be finalised. Is it possible for me to get the physical examination undertaken here in China (and posted to my future employer) and then I take the examination report with me back to Australia for lodgement of work Z? Or will I be required to get the examination undertaken in Australia?
