Multiple train tickets

I am orientating on rail tickets for our trip to China. We want to reserve multiple of them. Is it possible to pick up all the tickets at once or do I need to go to a railway station in each city we visit? I also wonder if the tickets can be delivered to our hotel in Beijing? I thought this wasn't possible, but when I read the answer at a question above it looks like this is possible?
