Exact Time 72 hours starts and ends?

Hi,

What is the exact time the 72 hour free transit starts and ends? I hope it starts upon issue of the stay permit, not from when my plane arrives, or when I leave the airport, not before.

According to the rules, the 72 hours start from the arrival of flight, but some airports have a little bit different. If you make transfer in Guangzhou, the time start from the 00:00 the day after your entry.

Would you mind tell me which city will you make the transfer?

Hi, When does the 72 hour time allotment start if the entry point is Beijing? From time of airplane arrival, time of visa issuance, etc?
