What is the reasonable monthly price for a clean and decent one bedroom apartment in Nanjing?

How much would I have to pay down on an apartment ?

If in the downtown area, the rent may be CNY1,000 per month around. At this price, you can get a clean, safe and decent room. And it will be much cheaper in the suburb area.
