Can US passport holders get Zhuhai VOA at entry port?

I've been researching about crossing the gong bei port to get to Zhuhai and some sites say that some rules don't apply for the USA passport holders. Will I be able to cross the port from Macau to Zhuhai just by getting the visa issued at the port with no problem?
