About:Chinese Embassy in Turkey
I want to apply for hong kong visa should I do it via Chinese embassy ?

You can apply through the local Chinese embassy or mail your application documents to HK Immigration Department directly for applying.1

The application form with a recent taken photo, your valid passport, round trip tickets to HK, your bank statement (if any), your invitation letter from the meeting are needed for your application.0
