Ans Moreover i am married man So plan to go along with my wife. So, is it possible to get VISA for both of us (Couple)?My wife is come with me only for my company not for study. Thank you,

You may not application for you two at one time. You can apply a student X1 first with your Form JW202, admission letter from your university, your valid passport, application form with recent taken photo, your personal statement. Then after you get your resident permit in China, your wife can apply for a S1 type to accompany you.
