About:China High Speed Train

Guangzhou to Fuzhou (Fujian). How about if I transfer rail?

I read somewhere that there is rail from Shenzhen to Fuzhou. But the page is all in chinese, so I'm afraid I got the wrong info. Thanks

There is no direct train from Guangzhou to Fuzhou, you need to transfer at Shenzhen. The info you got is correct.
