About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

VISA requirements for fist time visiter to China

I am the Program Director of EMACE Foundation ,a NGO in Sri Lanka.I have been invited to attend a conference on LIVING LAKES in Nanchang from 18 to 24th November . It is organized by MRLSD ( Mountain -River-Lake Regional Sustainable Development Association in Nanchang.

Please let me know what documents should i furnish along with the application.

Since you will go for a conference, you may need to apply for a F type. So the required documents are: original "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit", an invitation letter from the conference, your NGO's covering letter, your bank statement, valid passport, application form with a recent taken letter.
