Thinking about visiting Jiangxi and Hunan province in November-December. How is the weather then?

Sunny days would be the majority in the two provinces. Sometimes, there would be fog and little rainfall. For the two months, Jiangxi has the highest temp of around 26℃ and the lowest of -2℃ and that of Hunan province is 20℃ and -1℃, based on the weather records in the past years.1
