i am looking forward to buy xiomi mi 4 and a laptop in Shijiazhuang

i am coming to the city next month as a student to hebei medical university. Is it cheaper to buy there...? with international debt card

There is a large Taihe Electronic Market in that city, you can go there to find what you want. It is located at No.6 of North Jinqiao Street.

It will be a bit cheaper than shops in other areas of the city.

I’m afraid you cannot buy it with your international debt card, you can exchange some cash in the bank beforehand in case.
