Is either soul mate with marriage to me?

I am ox 11/4/61 snake male 5/25/77 is the one who has brought in hurt. I have made great efforts but he wanted me more confined telling my every move but he did not give me same and kept secrects. Prior he was amazing always telling me US. Will he try to comeback & return to me? Or another snake friend 2/2/78 is definitely trying to be more. I am upset at first snake lots of issues but truly heart in love with him. The second no issues and he is more caring. Thank you
