Ticket reservation and collection

Can I reserve a ticket with you and pick it up a train station? Or do I HAVE to have it delivered?

Thank you for your inquiry.
You can choose to pick up the ticket at railway station by yourself. To avoid missing the train, you'd better arrive the staion 2 hours in advance if you need to collect the ticket.
