About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Wrong information

I think that your website is wrong. foreigners can no longer pick up tickets that were bought online at ticket offices or the airport. I checked at the Beijing airport myself recently.

It might be a new policy because I was able to pick mine up at Beijing North Railway Station just fine.
