About:China Work Visa

Medical certificate is necessary for Z visa ??

Is it necessary to submit the medical certificate to get the Z type. I m little confused as mentioned in the requirements 1-5 there is no medical certificate forms attached?

If anybody knows please let me know ur suggestions

For the application process, the medical test is no longer needed. However, the test is needed for applying work permit (a necessary document when applying Work Z type). So in general, the test is still needed.
