my boss travelling to hong kong on 14th to 16th for a meeting.

Question

He would like to travel to Zhong shan on 17th for a meeting.  can he buy Ferry ticket on 14th itself for 17th travelling?  If yes, who he has to approach in HKIA for the ticket

I'm afraid not. The Skypier near HKIA is only for transit passengers. As your boss will have meeting in HK, he has to go through the immigration to HK. After the meeting, he cannot take thhe ferry at Skiper. Fortunately, there are ferries from China Ferry Terminal to Zhongshan every day. It would be best to prebook the tickets in advance in case.
