About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Mexican Passport Holders want to apply for a Tourist L for double entry

i will travel to hong kong with a friend and we want to go to guangzhou next october 13th, can we apply for a tourist visa for 2 entries ?

You can try to apply it for entering China mainland, but the local embassy will decide whether to issue you a single entry or a double entry based on your traveling itinerary.
