You need to prepare related documents based on the type you applies. Then you can go to the local embassy for applying directly or ask someone to help you to apply for you. The documents submission time is from 09:30 to 12:00 on Mon., Tue., and Thur.. Then you can go to the embassy to pick up after 4 working days.
