Good day Sir, I attended an interview at the china embassy at lagos on 27th Aug 2014. After the interview I was given a pick up form but with no date on it. I was told to wait for a phone call as my admission letter was yet to be verified with the school. I am running late for school already, I also informed the school about it and they told me they were going to verify the admission notice as soon as the embassy contact them but that they haven't been contacted. Since then I have not received any call from the embassy. I am a bit worried and also running late for school. What can I do? I really don't understand why it is taking this long.

Thank you for your earlier reply and suggestion. I was at embassy today to inquire on the status of my visa, I was told my admission notice is still not verified. Its been 2weeks already. Akpes, I am afraid that you might have been refused. In order to apply for the X type, admission letter should be submitted when you submit required documents. I think you may ask the embassy if you can apply agan after you get all required documents. By the way, the current consulate general in Lagos is Liu Kan.
