About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

Can I apply for a Hong Kong passport in Calgary?

I was born in Hong Kong and have a valid Hong Kong adult identification. I now live in Canada.

If you are a Chinese citizen and a permanent resident of HKSAR, you can apply it from overseas. For applying online, you can find more information on the official website of GovHK and you also need to apply on this website.
