About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Can I apply for Chinese and Tibetan visa in Dubai? If yes, what is the procedure?

I am an Indian in UAE and visiting Tibet in October.

Pranay, you can apply for Chinese L type in UAE if you have residence permit there. Currently, individual foreigners are not allowed to enter Tibet. They need to join group tours arranged by qualified tour agencies to go there. The agency helps you acquire the Tibet Travel Permit.
