requirement of the student visa

i come from CONGO DR and am now in Uganda for picking my X type. i've finished everything about what is required to get it bud am disappointing every day when the embassy is refusing to give me without any proof of missing documents. the school i've applied for they are going to start in october 8th, so tell me what else to do for getting it.

If so and you have enough, you are suggested to go back to your own country to apply for a X type, which will be much easier to get than that in Uganda. The embassy can refuse your application without any reason.
